Happy Halloween 2010

Our costumes this year are… Kjersti is Jessie and Liam  is Woody and Natalee is a witch and Mckay is Indiana Jones

and were off to trick or treating!!!   Happy Halloween everyone!!!

Our preschool field trip to the pumpkin patch October 2010

First the hay ride, then………..

            

picking the perfect pumpkin… and trying to convince Kjersti that this is a fun thing to do!!

 

Kjersti and Liam love to get there pictures taken. They both decided that the pumpkin patch was a fun place to be!!

liam is trying to make his way out of the confusing pumpkin patch! He stayed in there forever!

                             Mckay’s favorite was the train ride (it wasn’t too busy when we went so he went on it about 20 times)

  All in all a very fun day at the pumpkin patch!!   Now off to make these pumpkins jack-o-lanterns!!

Nilson’s day at the Utah State Fair Sept.2o1o

   The highlight of the fair was the “hands on farm” they loved it.

they got to wear aprons and pick seeds and plant them in the dirt…

then you get to see what seeds grow and drive a tractor to the store…

             

Kjersti was stoked cuz she got a pink tractor (a princess tractor,as she called it ) we had soo much fun seeing all the animals and later we watched to rodeo. We tried to get Mckay to do the “muttin bustin” but he wanted nothing to do with that!!

                      

We also did a pony ride but Mckay was our only participant.. Kjersti’s a little hesitant on trying new things but she did go by the horse, which was a huge accomplishment for her !!

Randomness… Oct.2010 Liam is 16months

Look how cute Liam is…he loves Kjersti’s babies but only gets to play with them when Kjersti is asleep (Shhh don’t tell )

Kjersti first day of preschool September 7th 2010

She was so excited more for the tinkerbell backpack, but once she got their she loved it!  She goes to our neighborhood preschool with 5 other boys and she’s the only girl, but it doesn’t seem bother her! She loves being the bachelorette of preschool

First day of kindergarten September 1st 2010

Mckay all the sudden looked so big as he got on the bus for his first day of kindergarten!  I have to admit I did shed a few tears!
